Free and Team plans

Free Invoice Automation has two plans you can choose today: Free and Team. Free is not a trial or a cut-down version. It has every invoicing feature and always will. Team is for working with other people and for a few comforts, and it never unlocks invoicing features. We never take a percentage of the money your clients pay you, on any plan.

"Everything" means invoices, estimates, credit notes, receipts, saved items, recurring invoices, reminders and late fees, deposits and payment schedules, reports, contracts, time and expenses, accounting sync and the ledger, as each of them ships. Features that arrive after launch arrive on Free too.

What is free, and why

Invoicing should never be the reason someone prints paper or pays a fee to get paid. So the Free plan includes:

• every document type and every invoicing feature;
• unlimited businesses, clients and documents;
• card payments through your own Stripe and bank transfers, with no cut taken by us;
• the REST API, the MCP server for AI assistants, the CLI and the store connectors.

Free has fair-use limits only to stop abuse, such as a cap on API calls per month, storage and sends per minute. Real businesses rarely meet them. See Fair-use limits.

What Team adds

Team is for when more than two people work in the account, or when you want the extras.

• Members: 5 people included, then extra seats. See Member seats.
• Roles: edit Admin, Editor, Viewer and Accountant, or build custom roles from scratch. See Custom roles.
• Audit log screen: see who did what and when. See Audit log.
• No "Powered by" line on new PDFs, pay pages, portal pages and client emails.
• More platform emails: 100 a month instead of 20.
• AI credits: 1,000 a month for the in-app agent, and 2,000 in your first paid month. See AI credits.
• Priority support by email, with a target first reply within 1 business day.

Regional price

Team costs $5 a month or $48 a year (extra members $1 a month or $10 a year) when your billing country is on our regional list. At launch the list is Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Ghana, the Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Checkout shows the price for your card's country. If the card's country and your billing address country do not match, the standard price applies. Everything in Team is the same at both prices. The list may change over time.

Who you pay

Free Invoice Automation is owned by Genyune (SMC-Private) Limited. Team subscriptions and AI credit packs are sold by Genyune Inc., which collects payment through Stripe. That is the name you see at checkout and on your receipts.

Enterprise

An Enterprise plan is designed but not available at launch. It is planned from $49 a month or $490 a year, with 10 members included (then $3 a month each), custom domains, white-label and single sign-on, and AI credits by contract. If you need it, email [email protected].

Free Team for non-profits, education and students

Verified non-profits, schools and students can apply for Team at no charge, with proof. Applications are reviewed by hand. The application process opens after launch.

How prices and limits change

Every price and allowance on this page is a setting on our side, not something built into the code, so we can adjust them without downtime. Checkout always shows the price you are about to pay. Monthly allowances (platform emails and Team AI credits) reset on the first of each month and do not roll over.

Check your plan through the API

Your plan, seats and billing state are returned by Get billing. Your current emails, AI credits, API calls and storage against your limits are returned by Get usage, and shown in Settings > Usage.

Viewing billing needs the billing.manage permission, which only the Owner has by default.
